So, you may know how Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port inspire me with they're work and they're personnality (you can be inspired too just by watching The Hills and The City). I got to read many of Lauren's post and now, I just fell on her Bikini boot camp plan and I thought of sharing it with you.
Here's a little preview of what her Bikini Boot Camp looks like:
Salad with mixed greens, ½ avocado, 1 handful of cherry tomatoes, 1 sliced cucumber, ¼ cup slivered almonds, ½ cup cooked quinoa (mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon, salt and pepper for the dressing)
